The stipends are paid as follows: Kollel begins at 9:30. Arrival between 9:35-9:45 is considered late. After 9:45 is considered absent. Members are allowed one absence and two lates per each four week period to receive 100 shekel/month (225 shekel (100+100+25) for the nine weeks). Members who do not exceed one absence and three lates the entire nine week program will receive a bonus of 500 shekel/month (1125 shekel (500+500+125) for the nine weeks). In total one can receive 1350 shekel for the nine weeks.

Full Amount, I confirm that I attended at least eight weeks and did not come more than five minutes late more than three times.
